Every application includes screening of credit, rental history, income, and criminal history. Applicants may receive standard or conditional approval, may be required to provide a guarantor, or may be denied based on the community’s qualification criteria. Yes! Applicants may apply with a co-signer or guarantor who meets the community’s qualification requirements. Please contact our leasing team for current guarantor requirements. If you do not already have a guarantor, we also partner with The Guarantors, a third-party lease guaranty provider that may offer an alternative way to qualify.
