• Pet Fee: $400 due at move-in (per pet, up to 2 pets)
• Pet Deposit: None
• Pet Rent: $25 per month (per pet, up to 2 pets)
• Unauthorized Pet Fee: $100 plus $10 per day
• Pet Waste Violation Fee: $75 per occurrence
